Shipping Policy
In most cases, your package will be shipped within 2 business days of receiving your order (usually faster). During the Christmas holiday season we ship within 1 day of order, usually the same day if your order comes in before noon EST.
If in the rare case an item is out of stock, we will contact you via email or phone so that you can advise us whether to back order, cancel, or substitute the item We will also give you an estimated date that you can expect to see your order. We generally ship within the United States using USPS Priority Mail (or first class for items under 12 oz) service unless you specify another method during checkout. For larger packages we usually will use DHL or Fed-EX
The time for delivery using USPS Priority Mail is typically 2-4 Days depending on your distance from Florida. DHL and FedEx Ground Service typically takes 1 day to Florida or GA, and 2-5 days for other parts of the USA.
For international orders, we will use the least expensive form of air shipping, unless you specify otherwise. Insurance is required. We are not responsible for any customs or duty charges at the destination country, so please check into that before placing large orders.
We use the International Rate Calculator at; http://ircalc.usps.gov/ to determine the shipping costs to your country. International rates provided at checkout are normally accurate, but it may be necessary for us to contact our international customers for additional funds prior to releasing an order if our estimated shipping charges are below the actual shipping rates.
We strive to make your total shipping costs close to our actual costs, with only a small handling fee.
Return Policy
We are committed to personalized customer service and want you to be happy and come back and see us and tell your friends too! We know and understand our puzzles and love to talk about the right puzzles for your situation or to assist you in any difficulties that you may encounter. Please email me at any time either before or after the sale if you have questions or concerns and I will do my best to provide top service. You can also call if you prefer anytime between 8am 6:30 pm EST. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it (in it's original condition) within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Please contact us for return authorization. We will provide you with the proper procedure for returning your item.
